What is the solution to the problem of lower case English input in Canva?
When you are typing English in a Canva text box, you may encounter a problem where you want to lowercase the text but it is all uppercase. In this case, you need to turn off the capitalization feature once; check CapsLock. Also, restarting Canva, if possible, may also help. Please give it a try.
If the problem is still not resolved, the cause may be the font type or Canva specifications.

What to do if the uppercase feature is turned off but not lowercase?
If you are entering English in Canva and the uppercase function is not lowercased even with the uppercase function turned off, you need to check the font you are using. Some fonts may not allow lowercase input. If this is the case, you will need to select a different font or edit the letters manually.
To check if a font has uppercase letters, check the display near the font name. If you see only uppercase letters there, the font has only uppercase letters.
CapsLock on Canva
On Canva, CapsLock may be in place. If so, select aA to release it.
All lower case letters are capitalized even though they are entered in lower case.
The portion of the input that is in lowercase will be converted to lowercase.
